As of April 2024, the closest medical and academic facilities to Greenway can be reached within a 25-minute drive. These include South View School Dubai, Bright British School Dubai South and Al Sheefa Al Khaleeji Medical Center LLC. Geant Express at Emaar South, is just steps from the project, and is perfect for daily/weekly grocery shopping.
For leisure, it is worth visiting Expo 2024, nestled a 25-minute drive away. It hosts various events and festivals on a permanent basis.
